• Sign-ins 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon ~ Driver’s/Handler's meeting 12:30 p.m.
• Racing immediately following meetings
• Open Practice 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. ~ Novice practice 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
• A maximum of 7 cars will be allowed on the track at one time during open practice.
• For safety reasons, Novice handlers must show courtesy to the other classes during open practice. Novices will have their own training and practice session.
• Entry Fee for all classes but Novice $25.00 ~ includes 1 free raffle ticket for I-70 QMA's Quarter Midget raffle.
• Entry fee for Novice classes $20.00 ~ includes 1 free raffle ticket for I-70 QMA's Quarter Midget raffle.
• Novices race for Trophies only.
• Trophies will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each March Madness A Main race completed.
• Must show proof of current QMA membership at sign-ins.
• Pill draw at sign-in determines heat race line up order.
• Heat race finish determines the A Main line up order.
• 50 cars and under signed-in ~ 2 heats and an A Main.
• Over 50 cars signed in ~ 1 Heat and 1 A Main.
• Lower Mains may be used to set A Mains in classes with more than a full field.
• March Madness racing series final point totals will be made up of your combined racing points and sign-in points over the 4 race series.
• All 4 race March Madness race finishes will be used for March Madness total race points.
• Sign-in Points ~ 30 Points will be awarded for each class a driver signs in for and attempts to race, per scheduled race.
• All sign-in points earned will apply to final March Madness points total.
• All eligible finishing positions receive racing points.

• Ties in points for March Madness final point totals will be decided by:
  1. Most sign in points
  2. First race finish
• Drivers must sign-in and attempt to race all four of the scheduled March Madness races, per class, to be eligible for a Savings Bond.
• If only 2 of the scheduled 4 races are held due to cancellations, the Savings Bonds will be awarded at half of the value listed.
• In the case where an event is shortened or cancelled after racing has started, sign-in points and the classes that have completed their A Mains, will be awarded points.
• In the case where an event is shortened or cancelled after racing has started, and none of A Mains were completed, only sign-in points will be awarded.
• Racing is considered started after the first heat takes the initial green flag.
• Novice heats 10 laps ~ Novice A Mains 15 laps.
• Jr Classes 15 lap heats ~ 25 lap A Mains.
• Sr Classes 15 lap heats ~ 30 lap A Mains.
• Tech DQ's erase all accumulated points for that race date. All QMA penalties and suspensions apply.
• Participants will supply and use their own fuel. A fuel check may be taken at any time by acting Tech Director.
• Tire treatment is PROHIBITED. It is illegal to apply tire treatment or chemicals to tires per QMA rules. A tire sniffer will be used to test tires.
• Any Tire that fails testing in the staging area, prior to entering the racetrack, will have to be removed from the racecar and replaced with a tire that passes.
• Any tire that fails testing after coming off of the track, is an automatic Tech DQ.
• Safety inspections can be conducted at any time. All deficiencies must be corrected before a car will be allowed on the track.
• Handlers must have their QMA Badge with current year decal or proof of current QMA membership to be in the hot chute.
• QMA code of conduct will be strictly enforced.
• All new QMA rules and policies will be used and enforced unless otherwise noted.
• I-70 QMA reserves the right to adjust the March Madness format as they see necessary.
• Savings Bonds will be awarded at the completion of the March Madness race series.
